Q: Can I speak to a Sales Assistant for advice on my purchase?

A: Yes! We have a Live Help Assistant who you can either chat to or leave a message for. If you would prefer to call us, our Sales Advisors will be delighted to help you. Our Sales Line is open Monday - Friday 9-30am - 5pm.

Q: How do I know that you have received my order?

A: We will e-mail conformation of your order to you within minutes of it being placed.

Q: Can I place my order over the phone?

A: Yes! Our Sales Line is open Monday - Saturday 9-30am - 5.00pm.

Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: We are pleased to accept: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, and JBC. We do not accept payment by Cheque.

Q: How safe are my payment details?

A: Your details are totally safe. We collect your payment via NatWest Streamline and we have invested in the most secure transaction encryption systems available.

Q: How quickly will my order be shipped?

A: We will make every effort to ship items within the time stated. In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock or delayed, we will notify you immediately to ensure that our revised delivery date is acceptable.

Q: What are your delivery charges?

A: We charge £8.50 delivery for mainland UK.
We also deliver to Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands - please contact us for a shipping charge.

Q: How do I make a return?

A: We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if you wish to exchange or return an item, please inform us by e-mail( returns@click4curtains.com) or phone within seven days of receipt.
We advise that you send your package by recorded delivery as we can not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during return to us.
The cost of return will be borne by the customer unless the item is deemed to be faulty by Click4Curtains.com.
We cannot refund products without the original packaging or products that have been altered in any way.Your payment will be refunded within 28 days less the postage cost.

Q: Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

A: Yes! Just let us know at the time of ordering.

Q: What do I do if I See An Item Cheaper Elsewhere Online?

A:
Contact us on sales@click4curtains.com stating the item name, the sizes and quantities required , the name of the website that you have seen the item on and the price (including VAT and postage).
We will compare the prices for you and try to get back to you with a better price.
Please note: this offer applies to new sales only and cannot be applied to pending or completed orders.
We will always try and beat online prices but reserve the right to not quote on price comparisons.
